In his role as an Account Director, Drew Higgerson uses his experience and knowledge to help clients design employee benefit plans, reflective of their goals. Drew consults with clients to strike a balance between cost efficiency and plan design that helps attract and retain top talent.
Drew brings over a decade of experience to his clients from both the carrier and consulting side of the business. Having spent the first eight years of his career working for multiple insurance carriers, Drew gained the experience necessary to navigate the innerworkings of valued carrier partners. This experience was expansive, as it included all benefits ranging from medical, dental, and vision to disability, life and voluntary benefits. Since moving to the consulting side over three years ago, Drew has used this experience to help his clients offer the most competitive plans to their employees while being as financially prudent as possible.
Additionally, Drew is passionate about benefit communication and maximizing the employee education process. Having worked on accounts ranging in size from 100 employees to as large as 10,000 Drew has worked through every employee communication and education strategy possible for his clients.

Community Involvement: Drew is actively engaged in helping guide the next generation of leaders. Drew is an active member of the Michigan State University Alumni Association; a volunteer with Big Brother Big Sisters of Flint, Whaley Children’s Center and Boys and Girls Club of Flint; as well as a proud supporter of St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
Personal Interests: In his spare time, Drew enjoys playing golf, fishing and spending time with his wife and three children in Northern Michigan. He and his family reside in Clarkston, Michigan.
