Jonathan M. Pope is a Partner at Cambridge Consulting Group and brings over 20 years of varied experience in the health insurance industry.  In his role, he works closely with clients to design and manage custom-tailored benefits programs for public, privately held and institutional companies located throughout the Midwest.  After assessing the client’s financial objectives and other goals, he works hard to create plans that are cohesive as well as easy to understand and implement.  “It’s like a puzzle,” he says.  “If any one piece doesn’t work, it’s a big problem.”

Prior to joining CCG over 16 years ago, Jon had served in an advisory capacity for several Michigan-based health insurance companies as well as in product development roles at national insurance companies.

Jon believes Cambridge is in the top echelon of firms of its type, and he attributes that to overall excellence and personalized service.  “Every client has a different identity and vision,” he notes.  “It is important to listen to what they have to say.”  He points out that benefits consulting at Cambridge involves a strong relationship with the client from the beginning of the process through enrollment and then throughout the entire year, never delegating service to another office or different team.
